CeX provide two ways in which you can send us your items Free of Charge:

PLEASE NOTE - Using these services only insures your parcel for up to £100. For higher value orders, we recommend you purchase a fully insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Royal Mail Freepost (R48)
CeX provides a Freepost service if you live in mainland UK. If you choose to use Royal Mail, you can create your shipping label HERE. Simply print it off, stick it to your parcel, pop it into your local post office and collect your receipt. This provides proof of postage and contains your tracking information. Please make sure that your order number is clearly written on and inside the package.
If you do not have access to a printer, check the email sent to you by Royal Mail and download the QR code image attached (Not the PDF file!) to your preferred smart device and take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. When you arrive, simply show the QR code at the Post Office counter and they will scan it and print the postage label for you.
Please note that not all Post Office's currently offer this service. Please check if your local branch offer this HERE.
If you're using Collect+ simply click this link to set up your shipment:
Once you’ve generated your Collect+ label, find your nearest Collect+ point by clicking HERE. Drop off your parcel, collect your “Customer Parcel Receipt” from the Collect+ staff as proof of drop off. This also includes your tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel. Just so you know, it takes on average between 3 to 5 working days to reach us. In the event of a parcel tracking question, after 5 working days, please contact us HERE for assistance.
