In light of the current national situation we have frozen aspects of our store returns policy until our UK stores reopen. In some scenarios, we will not count the days whilst our stores are closed towards warranty periods during this time. For full details please see below.


Warranty Returns:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for purchases made in CeX stores at present. If your order becomes faulty whilst our stores are closed, please ensure that you contact our customer support team as soon as possible, where our team will be able to provide further assistance and updates as to when these orders can be returned.


All other terms of our policy still apply and you must have proof of purchase for any warranty to be honoured.
