Q. What stores are offering Click & Collect?
A. As of November 19th all UK based stores are offering Click & Collect.
Q. How do I know when my order is ready to collect?
A. When your order is ready to collect, you will receive a Whatsapp message to the number you provided during the order creation process, advising you that your order is ready to be picked up. As some stores may have reduced Click & Collect operating hours due to lockdown, please check your selected store's opening hours here before heading to collect your order.
Q. What do I need to create a Click & Collect order?
A. All you need to create an order is a Whatsapp number. We will only use this number to contact you when your order is ready for collection. You can find more information about our privacy and data handling policies here.
Q. How long does a Click & Collect order take to confirm?
A. You should receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp within 1 hour of placing your Click & Collect order online. Please note that you will not receive a WhatsApp confirmation outside of store working hours. All store working hours can be found here.
Q. How long do I have to collect my order?
A. You have 24 hours from receiving the "ready for collection" WhatsApp message to collect your order. After 24 hours the order will be cancelled and the items put back on sale.
Q. When do I pay?
A. You only pay for your Click & Collect order when you collect it in-store.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Currently we're only accepting bank cards and CeX Vouchers as a method of payment for Click & Collect orders in stores that are located in lockdown areas. If your selected store is not in a lockdown affected area, then you can pay for your order using Cash as well as the above mentioned methods.
Q. Can I make a Click & Collect order using the CeX app?
A. Yes! However if you already have the app installed, you may need to do an app update in order to see Click & Collect as an option.
