Yes it will, providing you select an "Unlocked" device. 


If purchasing online via webuy.com, underneath the price of the phone is a drop down box called Network, if you choose "Unlocked" in that box, then the phone you have chosen will work on any network. This box will also display all the networks currently available to purchase for that device.
