Products we buy in that only have one price regardless of their cosmetic condition, come under Non Graded items.  While these products are in working condition, their cosmetic condition can vary from A to C.


For example:- Most steelbooks are marketed as limited editions. Therefore, when purchasing a secondhand steelbook, it's unlikely to include the cardboard cover or slip. However, we do expect any additional extras such as books, CD soundtracks, art cards, etc., to be included. Additionally, we require the steelbook to be in reasonable condition; minor dents and scuffs are unavoidable in secondhand trades, but it should not be broken or heavily damaged
