Proof of purchase is not required for most items we buy. However, a valid receipt or proof of purchase invoice is required for A-grade condition models of these specific Samsung handsets:

  • Samsung Galaxy S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra
  • Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8
  • Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Z Fold 8 Ultra


Note: B-grade, C-grade, and non-listed models do not require a proof of purchase receipt or invoice.


What counts as a valid proof of purchase receipt or invoice?

We accept physical or digital receipts, till slips, and tax invoices, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Issued by a reputable retailer, network operator, or official store.
  • Clearly displays the make, model, and IMEI number matching the phone.
  • If purchased using the Samsung Trade-in scheme, a payment receipt or invoice proving the remaining balance was fully paid is required.


What receipts or invoices are not accepted as proof of purchase?

We do not accept a sales receipt or invoice from peer-to-peer reseller platforms (such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or second-hand sites), or any Samsung invoice showing an unresolved trade-in balance.
