What is Tech Centre?
Tech Centre is a repair service offered to customers for a fee. Once the repair is carried out, a 2-year warranty on the repair is offered (apart from liquid damaged items, which will receive a 1-month warranty).
If we are unable to repair it, there is no fee.

Does the item have to be purchased from CeX in order to be sent for a repair?
No, whether the goods were purchased from CeX or not, we will aim to repair it.
What items can be given for repairs?
Tech Centre repairs a wide range of items from Consoles, Handhelds and controllers. You can check the list on https://techcentre.com/our-repairs/
How much would a repair cost?
All repair pricing is available from the Website, and is dictated by the type of fault you select. There may be instances where the price may need to alter, due to further repairs that are outside the originally quoted price, in these instances Tech Centre will be in touch with the customers to discuss further. The customer can either decline at no cost, or proceed.
What is the turnaround time for repairs sent to Tech Centre?
We ensure that our customers are getting the fastest turnaround possible to maximise customer satisfaction. Stores have fixed collection dates that differ from store to store. Once your repair order has been collected and reached the repair centre, you can expect an update within 7 working days.
How can I track my repair?
Customers are able to track the progress of their repair from the website, you would need to log in using your repair details that are on your booking confirmation.

There is an issue with the repair?
Tech Centre warranty the repair for 2 years (apart from liquid damage items, which will receive a 1 month warranty), so if the fault that was originally repaired occurs once again, you can get the device repaired again for free, or have the cost of the repair refunded.
