We deliver to all areas of the UK to the registered billing address on the payment card used or to the provided UK address linked to your WeBuy account. We do not ship outside the UK, the Channel Islands, or to courier and parcel forwarding addresses.


For packages sent via Royal Mail, intended recipients will have the ability to use the Royal Mail App to set a delivery preference, specifying where their parcels should be left when no one is available to accept delivery. By default, Royal Mail may use a safe place for delivery if one is available. Customers also have the option to opt out of the safe place service through the Royal Mail App. If no safe place is designated and the service is opted out, Royal Mail will attempt standard delivery. The parcel will be deemed delivered once it has been left in the designated or default location.

For packages sent via DPD, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your orders progress. You can also use the DPD website or app to manage your delivery preferences. If you have the DPD app, notifications will be sent directly there.

DPD deliveries require someone to be available at the address. DPD will make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, they will leave a card with details of the next steps.

If you choose to instruct DPD to leave your package in a safe area of your choosing and delivery is carried out in line with your instructions, you are accepting liability for the goods. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions(22.3)
