When placing your Sell to CeX order, you are asked what you would like CeX to do if any items happen to be rejected. You can either choose to have your item(s):-

  • Sent back to you for free.

Please note goods can only be returned for free to Mainland UK addresses. Please ensure the address on your account is accurate and up-to-date. Any addresses outside of Mainland UK will need to have collection arranged by the customer.

  • Recycled safely.

Please note if you choose to have the item recycled, it will not be possible to return it should you change your mind later.
